Problemy eksploatacyjne sond lambda w nowoczesnych silnikach spalinowych
Operating problems of lambda sensors in internal combustion engines in modern engines
Abstract
The article discusses the basic operational problems of oxygen sensors in internal combustion engines. A review of currently used solutions and the most common defects along with their causes was reviewed. The options for correct effects and causes of a given probe fault were also discussed. The rest of the article also describes methods for diagnosing narrowband and broadband probes. The diagnostic possibilities of the probes were determined using visual and computer assessment methods by assessing the signal generated by the oxygen sensor.
